The science of vibroacoustic therapy
Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) combines specially designed low-frequency sound vibrations with calming music, delivered through a purpose-built table or chair, so you feel sound as gentle vibration while soothing music calms the mind.
VAT has been the subject of clinical research for more than three decades. It is not intended to replace conventional medical care, but growing evidence suggests it can be an effective complementary therapy for reducing stress, supporting pain management, improving sleep, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Research indicates low-frequency vibration may help regulate the autonomic nervous system, encouraging a shift from the body’s fight-or-flight response toward the restorative rest-and-digest state, which is associated with reduced muscle tension, slower breathing, lower perceived stress, and improved relaxation.
A 2022 BMJ Open scoping review of 20 clinical studies concluded that VAT shows considerable promise as a complementary intervention for pain management and rehabilitation, while highlighting the need for larger, high-quality clinical trials to strengthen the evidence base.

Before you choose.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Platinum?
Basic is the system fitted to your existing table, running on a device you already own. Pro adds a dedicated 10 inch tablet, headphones and 100 headphone covers. Platinum adds a new therapy table with the system already fitted. The app, the clinic webpage and the marketing material are identical across all three.
Can I run a clinic on the Home package?
No. Home includes the personal app only. It has no bookings, no client records and no clinic webpage, and it does not include the consumables or flyers a practice needs.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping is always calculated at checkout based on your location, and is charged on top of the package price.
Do I need my own device or table?
It depends on the package. Basic runs on a phone, tablet or laptop you already own, and fits to the treatment table you already use. Pro includes a dedicated 10 inch tablet, pre-configured to run sessions and nothing else, and also fits your existing table. Platinum and Home include both the tablet and a fully fitted out table, so nothing else is needed.
